I've been querying my graphic novel Lost in the Shuffle over the past few weeks and to be honest have not received a lot of interest. The graphic novel market for mid-grade and below is on fire but YA non-superhero must not be a hot commodity right now. So I'm just going to keep on going on it and hope I hear something back from lit agencies at some point in time. I know this story is amazing and just need to believe in myself.
This is a potential cover for the book but really it is to get a feel for the style of my artwork and to introduce the main characters. I'm still super excited to bring this story to life and will continue on interior artwork and keep all fingers and toes crossed I get some nibbles.
